By using VestUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
VestUp is a digital business valuation tool. It provides a free on-screen valuation range, a paid PDF report, and optional advisory services priced separately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use VestUp. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Valuations are based on the information you enter and on reference multiple ranges. They are indicative estimates, not a formal appraisal or financial, legal or tax advice. Accuracy depends on the quality of your inputs.
The full PDF valuation report is a one-time payment of $39, with no subscription. Advisory services are priced separately. Payments are processed by Airwallex. VestUp reserves the right to modify prices with advance notice.
If the report is not useful, email hello@vestup.co within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
VestUp is not liable for any losses or damages arising from decisions made on the basis of valuation outputs. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before any sale or purchase.
